Aloe Mind is an online platform to connect people in need to licensed therapists and counselors. Our mission is to make mental health care affordable and accessible to all.
Aloe Mind lets you easily book and payment for your therapy sessions online!
We have both in-person and online sessions available!
Just choose your therapist, service and preferred time here and follow the instructions.
Your first therapy session will be an initial consultation which is between 75 minutes to 90 minutes long. The first session is for you and your therapist to get to know each other and get an idea of how to proceed.
Subsequent sessions will be 60 minutes long, can be easily booked through our site.
Therapy has been found to be most productive when incorporated into a client’s lifestyle for approximately 12-16 sessions, most typically delivered in once weekly sessions for an 1 hour each.
That will depend on your chosen therapist!

Yes, however due to the limited number of therapists/counsellors and cultural differences, we are only accepting clients from Malaysia and Singapore at the moment.
Yes! All providers at Aloe Mind are vetted and screened before joining our network. We ensure that our providers have a Master’s degree and are members of their respective professional bodies.
Because we want you to experience the full therapeutic benefit, we ask that you give your current therapist a chance as it may take some time to get to know them. But occasionally, you may feel your therapist is not a good fit.
Before deciding to change therapist, please arrange a session with your current therapist to inform them of your decision and the reasons for it. This session can help you find closure, identify what’s missing from your current therapeutic relationship, and understand what you need from your new therapist. The therapist may also be able to provide advice on what’s best for you.
Please also inform your therapist, if you would like to transfer your records to the new therapist.
After the discussion, you may proceed to book a session with your new therapist through our site.
Please cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance.
To reschedule your session, please click on “Reschedule session” in your booking confirmation email to select a new date or time.

Rescheduling or cancellation made less than 24 hours from the scheduled session will forfeit the full session fee. No-shows will also forfeit the session.

Please select which therapist and timeslot you would like beforehand (based on their schedule) to aid with the booking!
To receive a diagnosis, please book your first session with a Clinical Psychologist. Only professional Clinical Psychologists would be able to provide a diagnosis.
